It should be noted that induction processes are used in companies as a fundamental point of socialization and recognition of the staff and plant where the new collaborator will carry out their work. The induction is necessary for each collaborator to internalize both the new organization and the functions and responsibilities under their charge. This is how the induction mainly refers to showing the worker the mission, vision, objectives, organizational charts, general information of the company. Among others, such as the responsibilities of the position, the work schedule, the position, incentives, norms in the work area, the facilities in the company, among many others that will support the induction process in the learning of each worker. Currently, any duly trained person can play a role within an organization, but to guarantee the success of the processes and results, it is necessary to guide new workers in the performance of the procedures required in the workplace that we as a company we provide them. Due to its nature, this article aims to highlight the importance of induction within the organization as a determinant of management, development, and success of the organization.
