This research presents the incidence that the organizational climate has on the job satisfaction of administrative workers of a middle level educational government institution located in Panama. The research is part of the non-experimental design, field and descriptive - evaluative level. The study population was fifty (50) and the sample of 35 administrative workers. For the collection of information, the model proposed by Chiang, Salazar and Núñez (2007) was used, who measure the organizational climate in seven dimensions: internal communication, recognition, interpersonal relationships at work, decision making, physical environment, commitment and adaptation. To the change. Job satisfaction was measured through extrinsic and intrinsic factors that were categorized into dimensions. The Likert response scale was used and the study concludes that there is a moderate incidence between the Organizational Climate and Job Satisfaction.
