Abstract

It was analyzed how to raise priorities for the development of a venture during the COVID-19 pandemic, so we proceeded to analyze theories such as the theoretical proposal of Andy Freire's inverted triangle or entrepreneurship according to Schumpeter. Additionally, an explanatory descriptive type was used, the population was made up of 23 microentrepreneurs from the Babahoyo canton. Obtaining as results that 100% of the respondents are operating normally, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, 82.6% had a notable reduction in their commercial operations, 69.6% expressed that since the confinement the labor payroll It is lower and 38.3% highlight that the concern is based on the discouragement caused by social factors and extortion, the most used digital instrument was WhatsApp with 100% acceptance. Thus, concluding that it is important to consider strategic points when undertaking, considering carrying out a market study or problematization, brainstorming, idea selection, putting ideas into practice and the relevant evaluation before undertaking.
