Abstract

Currently and in its national and international context, companies are constantly developing and competing. With this research, we intend to conduct a study on evaluation by competencies, with the aim of identifying knowledge, skills, attitudes, and other skills that human talent must seek to hire in hotel companies, to face present and future challenges and At the same time, we benefit from a new perspective, increasing and increasing the skills that add value to the quality service offered by them, in Panama City. It is essential to organize successful actions that will lead them to examine the importance of caring for those who will be appointed to a strategic position, especially to identify the essential competencies, potential and capacities that will promote the successful achievement of goals, objectives , tactics and business strategy.
