Abstract

This document presents student perceptions using a quantitative approach, with a descriptive analytical scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A survey was administered to 50 students enrolled in the Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at the Veraguas Regional University Center. The results showed a high level of acceptance (76.9%) regarding the use of artificial intelligence in training; consistently, 76.3% believe that artificial intelligence can improve training at the organizational level. In conclusion, student perceptions are predominantly positive regarding the use of artificial intelligence; however, its effective integration requires strengthening digital and pedagogical competencies within the Human Resource Management Bachelor's Degree program, as well as establishing institutional conditions that support its curricular implementation.
