Abstract

In this article, the incorporation of the Being into life and education is developed as a criterion. In this context, the framework of human relations is considered as an open door for the birth of a new sensitivity in education. Thus, it analyzes an education for complete beings, which not only attends to the rational but also to the affective, volitional and instinctive aspects, and where these aspects are integrated into a sentimental educational proposal. The openness, the permeability, the receptivity, summons us to an expanded mind, something that not only contains our thinking, wanting and feeling, but also challenges us to form conscious, amazed, interconnected and integrated beings. From the community perspective, the proposal is to educate wiser, more benevolent and free beings. This educational and social transformation does not depend on a change of structure but on a change of consciousness. Forming conscious beings is a permanent task of intuition, reflection and communication. It is proposed that the analysis in education implies the option for the development of consciousness and in its center the ecology of the self. It is about emphasizing the convergence of personal and community development towards a cultural change and human development, from which emerge institutions, programs that help satisfy the needs of all those who at that moment inhabit a shared territory.
