The contemporary environment of creative industries demands administrative models that optimize productivity without suffocating talent, presenting high turnover rates and operational burnout in the sector as background. This study analyzes how human resources administration acts as a fundamental strategic support to enhance creativity and operational efficiency in architecture firms in Panama, a key sector within the orange economy for the year 2026. Under a qualitative approach of descriptive scope and transactional design, the research evaluates the organizational dynamics affecting the performance of technical personnel. For data collection, a methodological triangulation strategy was executed, which included a specialized focus group and the application of a structured thematic survey to an intentional sample of key informants (N = 15), comprised of project directors, talent managers, and technical designers. The main quantitative and qualitative findings indicate that collective synergy and productivity increase notably when clear bidirectional communication channels and a decentralized administrative structure that minimizes technical bureaucracy exist. The discussion of these results evidences that current structural rigidities limit the co-design workflow. It is concluded that strategic human management, empathetic leadership, and ergonomic optimization of the work environment constitute the essential transversal axes to guarantee the sustainability and competitiveness of architectural firms nationwide.
