It starts from the labor dynamics, where a growing mobility and levels of rotation in organizations are observed, which could affect the levels of internalization of many variables, adaptation processes and socialization of new members, where a comparison of the description from the function of three universities, and with that referential screen, an observation record was prepared to verify the induction process at the university under study, and how many stages were established in its structure. It was also determined through the observation records on the organizational DNA, that there is a high presence of compliance at the induction level, which included teachings and experiences of the collaborators, from their previous knowledge, basic norms and handle with administrative and legal policies and regulations, concluding that it is possible to replicate the study in the rest of the country's public universities, because the conditions and elements that are part of their DNA are similar.
