The article La femineidad en Cartas Apócrifas de Gloria Guardia de Alfaro: una mirada intertextual presents an analysis of this work, whose six stories allude to the intimate lives of six great women writers. The stories reveal the vicissitudes, defects and weaknesses of each of them: Teresa of Jesus, Virginia Woolf, Teresa de la Parra, Gabriela Mistral, Simone Weil, Isak Dinesen. The author penetrates into the style of these famous writers, as well as delves into the feminine that stands out in each of the stories. This thread runs through the entire work, as well as a collage of intertextual resources that give shape and life to the story. The objective of this analysis is to demystify patriarchal codes and exalt the eternal feminine through intertextual relationships. For this purpose, three stories have been selected in which the method of intertextual analysis is applied, understood as the relationship and connection that exist between the texts. The analysis is supported in the light of literary critics of the stature of Mijail Bajtín and Julia Kristeva. In conclusion, the work invites to eradicate submissive postures and find the balance in an excluding society; as well as the writer's capacity of unfolding from her mastery of literary criticism.
