From a study on the Needs and Expectations of Housing for a group of residents of the Curundú neighborhood in the context of a program of Urban Renovation, their expectations and vision for the future are established through the application of semi-structured interviews and an observation sheet, as well as the scope of the project in terms of the needs and expectations of human and social development of the beneficiaries.
The results highlight the need for community organization, education and participation in the development in the project, for which a proposal for intervention through social accompaniment is presented, which should serve to improve the living conditions of Curundú.
