The objective of this work is to compare the follow-up surveys to graduates of the Respiratory Therapy career of the Faculty of Health Sciences in the period May - September 2021 and November 2021 - April 2022. The methodology used is observational, cross-sectional and analytical, based on the results of the SAG00 diagnostic surveys conducted on the graduates, provided by the secretary of the career and the respondents were contacted via email and also by telephone to obtain the information. Graduated 66 students from the entering class of 2016 - graduation year 2021, and graduated 46 students, from Graduate Follow-up November 2021-April 2022 surveying 17 students. The test statistic for the difference of two proportions was calculated, the null hypothesis is stated as the H0: p1-p2=0, in a bilateral test; with a confidence level of 99% and ?=1%. The results show a predominance of the satisfactory level in both surveys in relation to general competencies, extended hours of practice and subjects specific to the career; satisfaction with the teaching staff of the career prevails and the differences in items of this topic are statistically significant; the knowledge acquired was considered more frequently useful in both surveys, as well as in the quality of the services provided. The employment situation of the graduates is not good since almost none of them are working, because there are no jobs available for this profession.
