This study focuses on innovative strategies in logistics marketing, their impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With the advancement of emerging technologies, logistics is being significantly transformed, optimizing supply chain processes, and improving customer response. The main objective is to analyze how the integration of new technologies in logistics operations can improve efficiency, evaluate the impact on the sustainability and resilience of modern supply chains. A review of 250 documents was carried out, which were analyzed thematically, covering three key areas: logistics marketing, supply chain and logistics innovation. The search was carried out in current academic databases. The results reveal a strong focus on personalization and digital marketing techniques to improve logistics service efficiency. A growing concern was identified for the sustainability and resilience of supply chains, highlighting the importance of technology for transparency and security. The innovations have proven to be effective in operational optimization and cost reduction. The research concludes that the integration of emerging technologies in logistics offers significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Sustainability and resilience must be core components of logistics strategies with the adoption of technologies providing an essential competitive advantage. Companies that implement these innovations will be better positioned to meet the challenges of today's global market.
