This study analyzes youth entrepreneurship in international governance contexts, focusing on transnational networks and capacity building. Using a qualitative approach, it examines the trajectories of young entrepreneurs trained in international programs. The findings highlight strengthened human, symbolic, and social capital, as well as structural constraints.
