This article presents an educational methodological proposal focused on the agility to provide an immediate solution to the rapid creation of workshops to continuously strengthen the technical skills of students enrolled in the faculty's Teleinformatics course of the Computer Engineering career. of Computer Science, Electronics, and Communication from the University of Panama. The proposal results from an in-depth analysis of pedagogical methodologies, incorporating some components of problem-based learning (ABP), online collaborative learning, and competency-based learning. In addition, principles used in software development, such as the agile, iterative, incremental, and scalable approach, were included in the confirmation of the proposal. It should be noted that this methodology is applicable to other areas of knowledge.
