Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the andragogic strategies used by youth and adult education teachers at the national level, under the distance modality, to check the level of interest in the incorporation of academic innovations and changes focused on ICT, which have been incorporated in the world in different educational sectors. It is a descriptive, exploratory, and cross-sectional investigation; It is developed with a sample of 499 youth and adult education teachers using a structured questionnaire with 16 open and closed questions. The thematic approach is based on conducting a research analysis focused on distance education to improve the professional performance of these teachers and determine which are the most appropriate strategies for young people and adults. Its structure is presented through sections focused on introduction, theoretical framework, methodology, tables and figures, materials and methods, analysis and interpretation of the results and conclusions. This research work, considering the object under study, consists of describing and evaluating the characteristics of the distance education modality, with didactic and andragogic strategies for the effective use and implementation in the education of youth and adults in Panama.
