The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between interpersonal values ??and the learning styles of students from the southern educational institution, Municipality of Ipiales, department of Nariño - Colombia. For its development, studies by different authors are analyzed, who give their point of view on the need to rescue the practice of values ??and the identification of students' learning styles to find their strengths from the way they capture information. The sample is made up of 152 students from the sixth grades of the three campuses, between 12 and 15 years of age, constituting a population census.
Observation and survey are used for the collection and analysis of data information and, as instruments: the interpersonal values ??questionnaire (SIV) by Leonard Gordon and the learning styles questionnaire by Richard Felder and Linda Silverman (Felder and Silverman, 1988).
