Abstract

This paper deals with the results of the research conducted on the proposal of a company dedicated to providing English language training to Babahoyo’s community. The aim of the research is to analyze the number of companies dedicated to providing English language training in the locality. Regarding the literature review, the companies that currently provide English language teaching services and the need to undertake virtual services in teaching and learning of the language studied with certification according to the Common European Framework of Reference were listed. The methodology was designed under the descriptive-analytical approach in the factors of competitors, canvas model and SWOT. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the creation of a foreign language certification company will contribute to the cognitive part of the population in a positive way in order to have better opportunities worldwide.
