Abstract

This work aims to demonstrate the levels of efficiency with which surveillance methodological activities are carried out in organizations, identifying phases and deficiencies in their application.

For its preparation, a bibliographic study was carried out, accompanied by a descriptive analysis of the information associated with the effectiveness of each phase, resulting in regular levels of effectiveness accompanied by specific problems of each phase that limit the optimal functioning of the system
