Abstract

The foundations of ethics and education in the digital society help to form other technological options taking into account the potential harms and benefits, both for individuals and for human groups. The purpose of investigating the topic of ethics and education in the digital society is to provide a global analysis and a synthesis of the technological adjustments in the ethical issues faced by teachers who use these new 

platforms through didactic strategies. A conceptual framework focused on the ethical and educational context from the social and cultural perception based on values and technology is presented.

A summary of the panorama of the context of ethics and the conformation of digital technology, its factors and challenges of emerging issues, as well as an analysis and discussions for the adequacy of best practices and the main milestones in ethics, technology and education are discussed. It concludes by providing measures and actions in the use of technology and social networks in order to safeguard the fundamental values of any society and avoid the scope of potential ethical problems related to education and the use of digital technologies.
