Abstract

This article was prepared with the purpose of improving, with our contributions, efficient fundamentals in the management of higher education institutions. We emphasize that the management and planning of a higher educational institution requires a quality management scheme that involves people, processes and resources. In the same way, we present a proposal of operation and administrative performance. Finally, we focus on highlighting the importance of strategic, tactical and operational planning to improve the challenges of higher education institutions.
