Education in the contemporary world has a tremendous challenge, because the changes that are being made are taking place in an incredibly fast way that we can no longer continue educating with the same things that we always know, we must educate for concepts that we do not know. Since the future as it is presented in contemporary society is full of new events that are like a pandora's box that we do not know what will come out or more than anything; So, what surprise will come to us in each of the different areas of knowledge, be it science, technology, engineering, social organization of human or interpersonal relations, among others that we can continue listing. Reason why I am sure that the great challenge is to turn teachers into a great tool of creative knowledge that encourages them to perform their role in a favorable way and adaptability to the new changes that they will face.
