The purpose of the study is to identify the marketing strategies in the promotion that companies in the hotel sector of the district of Santiago, province of Veraguas implement to advertise their services. The focus of this study is of a mixed and descriptive nature, the instrument to collect the information has been through a survey. The population under study was made up of 11 hotel companies located in the district of Santiago, province of Veraguas, as it is a small population, the sample is made up of 11 hotels. 36% of the sample under study reveals that billboards are among the traditional marketing strategies they use the most, on the other hand, 27% emphasize that they use radio stations as a means of dissemination. 100% of the hotels surveyed indicate that they use social networks as part of their digital marketing strategies and 55% emphasize using web pages.
