As globalization affects the image of governments, companies and individuals, it is essential to maintain organizational ethics and culture as pillars in decision making. This article is a systematic search for those business principles and values that can affect the business positioning of small or large companies. Concepts such as business ethics, social responsibility, management and organizational culture are reviewed. Finally, this article points out that responsible business management can gain the trust of customers, promote healthy labor relations, respect workers' rights and contribute to the sustainable development of society.
