When referring to the word education, it is a priority to understand and understand that the teacher owes himself to his students, because he is not only committed to their training but also to their holistic and comprehensive orientation. To achieve this purpose, it is important to develop various strategies that allow, on the one hand, the promotion of humanistic development, and on the other, generate pleasure, enthusiasm, and interest. In this group of strategies, there is the artistic expression or the expression of the performing arts, which can become an effective tool, since it stimulates learning. Starting from this premise, the realization of this degree work was carried out, whose objective was to analyze the humanistic development of students and teachers through the creation of spaces for cultural expression and artistic events in the School of the South Sector of Tocumen.
