The biological potential of Trichogramma pretiosum reared on eggs of Anticarsia gemmatalis eggs, at different temperatures, by means of the fertility life table was determined. The experiment was performed in climate chambers regulated at 18, 20, 25, 28, 30 and 32 °C, at a 70 ± 10% relative humidity and 14 hours of photophase. The parameters of Ro, rm and ?, confirmed that the optimum temperatures of T. pretiosum multiplication were recorded between 25 °C and 30 °C. The adaptation of T. pretiosum, at this temperature range and host utilized, ensuring the success of the propagation system under controlled conditions.
