The following two records of parasitism are presented from the Republic of Panama: from a pupa of Historis odius(Fabricius, 1775) (Lepidoptera: Nymphalidae) emerged at least five Brachymeria annulata(Crawford, 1914) (Hymenoptera: Chalcididae) and from one ootheca of Liturgusasp. (Mantodea: Liturgusidae) emerged 29 specimens of Anastatussp. (Hymenoptera: Eupelmidae). A second ootheca of Liturgusasp. did not show parasitism, and four nymphs emerged.
