This article presents a hypothetical study on the use of artificial intelligence in business strategies for the creation and expansion of businesses. The objectives include exploring how artificial intelligence can improve the decision-making of entrepreneurs and companies, as well as analyzing the effectiveness of tools such as the Canvas Model, SWOT analysis and the Ansoff matrix in this context. The methods used involved bibliographic research and the creation of fictitious scenarios to illustrate the application of these tools. The main results indicate that artificial intelligence can improve the identification of market opportunities, the optimization of business models and the mitigation of risks in business expansion. It is concluded that the integration of artificial intelligence in business strategies can lead to more informed decisions and greater competitiveness in the market. The importance of continuing research in this field is highlighted to better understand the potential of artificial intelligence in the business field.
