The following article is based on the research carried out through an online survey of workers in both the public and private sectors in Panama who were or have been working in teleworking mode during the year 2020 and 2021. The survey contains questions that allow measuring the perception of employees on the following variables: communication, support and guidance of the supervisor, achievement of goals, working conditions during their telework. The general objective of the research carried out was: To determine how Human Talent Management is perceived by employees of Panamanian companies that have worked in teleworking mode.
