Abstract

The purpose of this research work is to measure the organizational climate in the Educational Institutions of the Left Bank of the Rural Zone of Lorica, Colombia. A data collection instrument was constructed from the review of research papers, it consists of 62 items, it was subjected to a reliability analysis through Cronbach's Alpha statistical test and resulted in a coefficient of 0.958, this indicates a very high magnitude of reliability. For the measurement, 9 dimensions were determined, in which an average score was obtained, among them are: Personal Work: 4.86, Pride of Belonging: 4.76, Administration: 4.37, Teamwork: 3.31, Supervision: 4.47, Communication: 4.48, Training and Development: 2.68, Physical and Cultural Environment: 2.50, and Promotion: 3.93. The population consisted of 237 people, from which a sample of 127 participants was obtained and stratified probability sampling was used to determine the number of people to interview per Educational Institution. Descriptive statistics were calculated and the Spearman correlation coefficient was applied to measure the degree of relationship between the analyzed dimensions, using a bilateral significance level of 0.0.1. It is concluded that if there is a significant relationship between the dimensions.
