The university job boards received special attention for organizations that want employees prepared and trained to function, competently and successfully in the vacancies that arise in their processes and operations. In Colombia there is specific legislation for the operation of these staffing services. The present investigative work is carried out to describe the degree of linkage of this modality of skilled labor supply service with the demanding organizations, pointing out the important factors of insertion in the labor market. The research is carried out with the qualitative paradigmatic modality, with bibliographic design looking for the existing relationship between the employment exchanges offered by the universities and the organizations based on the job offer.
