Abstract

This Article shows the tendency of the beneficiaries of the Pass-u, (Universal educational social assistance program) that the attention to the beneficiaries is not the most adequate, since the process of delivery of the checks is delayed, not very orderly and shows a notable difference towards some people known to the staff in relation to the rest that are in line, which indicates that a reengineering of the care system is required on the part of the administration in charge of managing the subsidies.
