When the issue of project management is incorporated, we must take into account that the purpose is the planning, monitoring and control of the activities that involve said management, as well as the human resources that direct and are involved in the project, the input involved in the organization for its development. It must be taken that project management methodologies and procedures are involved in a vast field of functions, from complex engineering projects to administrative projects. When it comes to developing projects, organizations require different processes and personnel than usual; Since these projects are sometimes limited by resources and deadlines, which requires the participation of personnel with different skills, which can generate unusual conflicts. It is a subject that is arousing interest in organizations as it is a decisive strategic variable in order to obtain a competitive advantage in a complex and unstable world.
