Abstract

This investigation is aimed at the collaborators of the Economic Benefits Supervision Office, to facilitate the review of old-age compensation files.  It is a work model for inspectors, allowing continuous improvement in the development of their daily tasks and in the same way it induced personnel who rotate or arrive new, in the development of their tasks. A questionnaire was used as a methodological application instrument to obtain the required information from the Inspection unit to know the existing procedure. Among the expected results, he suggested strong support for the implementation of an inspection model to follow to unify criteria, facilitate the verification and endorsement process.
