The academic product that associates the development of social communication with artificial intelligence presents as research general objective to analyze the development of social communication with artificial intelligence, this is deconstructed into two specific objectives to recognize the instrumentation of intelligence artificial intelligence in communication, as well as determining the strengths and weaknesses of the use of artificial intelligence in social communication. Methods used: This is a qualitative approach research, documentary in nature, descriptive supported by formal written sources of communication sciences.
