This scientific article addresses business education from the perspective of the development of complex and systematic training, due to its importance as a tool for the transmission and construction of new knowledge and the development of new skills. The central theme addressed is business pedagogy, which aims to train professionals in the business sector, aimed at integrating technical skills, while strengthening their ethical principles as integral human beings. A theoretical and methodological framework is developed that guides the analysis of education as human formation, its relationship with culture, cognitive, evaluative and practical mediations. The essence of the relationships between education, business training and its educational pedagogical mediations is revealed, as well as developing an approach to the foundations of a business education model. Empirical and theoretical methods are used to collect information, using the qualitative perspective. The logical and historical methods predominate, as does the hermeneutic method, since a large part of the research is carried out on textual analysis, interpretation and understanding of texts. This is exploratory research, in which the logical processes are present: analytical – synthetic, deductive – inductive, generalization, comparison. A novel analysis is provided, from the perspective of an integrative and complex analysis, as well as the elaboration of a set of recommendations aimed at the development of the collaborator when entering a business organization.
