A review of the book “Educate to elevate: A 12-step guide to educational improvement” is presented; Publisher: ÍDEM Casa Creativa, published in 2024, Mexico. The author, Laura Carolina Flores Acevedo, set herself the goal of sharing educational experiences and offering a path to teachers, guides, educational tutors who are interested in improving the quality of education. To achieve this, she carried out an extensive search and selection of information directly from educational praxis. She conducted interviews with a selected group of teachers with pedagogical experience about their educational practice, teaching and learning strategies, methods, and techniques, which allowed her to rescue valuable information and a document in the form of a book that constitutes a guide for teachers motivated by the educational transformation demanded by the current educational context in Mexico.
