The research project Technological Design and Development in Digital Publications and Social Networks of the activities of the San Miguelito Regional University Center was born with the concern of investigating the viability, organization, design and effectiveness of a means of digital dissemination of the academic, scientific, cultural activities and events that take place in the CRUSAM community. Its origin dates back to 2018, when the Crusamtino Bulletin, a dissemination medium, was created in printed format. A renewal and change is proposed in 2021. The type of research is qualitative descriptive, the methodology used was developed in two phases: through a survey (PreTest) to a sample of ninety-eight (98) people from the CRUSAM community to identify the changes and improvements that could be made; They recommended a makeover of the Crusamtino Bulletin. In the second phase, (PostTest) the sample of people surveyed, selected randomly, ensured the viability, communication, aesthetics and effectiveness of the new CRUSAM connections, as a means of dissemination, thanks to the survey of the first survey, it is concluded that The vast majority chose the name CRUSAM connections, and major changes were applied in terms of editorial body, design, graphic line, aesthetics, segments, digitization process, layout and communication based on the recommendations received.
