The objective of this article is to identify the components of the most emotional salary valued by centennial generations. The research is framed in a non-experimental, field and descriptive level design. The study population is one hundred and twenty-two (122) students of the Human Resources program of the Faculty of Business Administration and Accounting of the Regional University Center of San Miguelito, who are work inactive. The sample was intentional, corresponding to 67 students who voluntarily responded to the Google Forms questionnaire. To collect the information, the questionnaire technique was used, which was structured with 10 closed questions. It was concluded that students of the centennial generation perceive emotional salary as having a good work environment, they want training, work flexibility, conciliation between family life and work, as well as cultural and leisure activities.
