Abstract

The evaluation practice of teachers presents great social preeminence within educational institutions, taking into account that evaluation is a fundamental component in the teaching-learning process, therefore, with this bibliographic research work, the impact of the Institutional System of Student Evaluation on it is explored. To carry out this qualitative research based on a documentary review method, information has been compiled from normative documents, books, scientific articles, etc., written or digital, consulting Google Scholar, using the Boolean AND: Teaching Evaluation Practice AND Institutional Evaluation System. The search for referents was carried out by applying filters for a period of time ranging from 2009 to 2023, in Spanish language and open environment, to finally be interpreted and infer the impact of this evaluation system on the teacher's evaluation practice.
