The need to guide children and adolescents about using the internet with responsibility and respect for others, as well as the risks they face on the internet, such as grooming or cyberbullying, harmful content, or contact with strangers, is increasingly essential. With evil intentions and thus prevent them from becoming victims and causing harm to their health and social environment. This study aims to identify the appropriate use of safe internet in public schools for Pre-Media adolescents (7th, 8th, and 9th). Given that the data collection was carried out through a survey, in twenty-two schools (22), nine (9) public schools were selected in a non-probabilistic random manner, according to the statistical calculation carried out. Once the data collection was completed, the classification and distribution of data were carried out, as well as the generation of representative tables of the collected data. Preliminarily, based on the topic of safe use of the internet, the tables generated tend to indicate that students understand the risks represented using the internet and social networks, as well as the negative and positive situations that may arise that may arise. It would affect the safety of their person and, above all, clearly identify who to turn to protect their physical and moral integrity.
