Abstract

Forest operations are located on soils of different textures, whether on soils with sandy, clay or intermediate textures (loamy soils). These soils can present advantages and disadvantages for forest production, with each plant species planted being sensitive to the limitations that the soil can provide. That is why it is necessary to implement adequate soil management, prior to implantation, in this way the adequate growth conditions are generated to guarantee a rapid occupation of the land and a maximum use of the physical and chemical properties that the soil provides.
