Abstract

The accelerated development of contemporary science and its growing influence in all spheres of social life are characteristic features of today's world.

Society requires today more than ever in the history of the intensive development of technology, education, and culture. In this context, educational research plays an essential role in the improvement of human resources in the educational system, which includes its purposes, contents, methods, means, forms of organization, educational proposals for the formal and non-formal system and the study of the activity of the students and their integral development process, all this under the educational influence of the teachers considering their profile that includes personal and professional characteristics and training requirements. In this sense, the research contributes to the improvement of the system, makes it possible to raise the scientific, technical, cultural professional level and the comprehensive training of the new generations of human resources that are added each year to the country's labor force.

The awareness of the importance of research and the need for teachers to master its principles and methods, with a view to studying and solving the problems posed by teaching performance and its permanent updating, implies that it is included as important content in most of the undergraduate training plans and postgraduate improvement of teachers, a growing trend towards the development of research practices in the courses.

For many authors, most of the research activity in the field of education is applied research to human resources since the essential purpose of all research is to solve important and immediate problems that affect the transformation of the teaching-learning and learning processes. quality improvement.

In education, applied research is used to the available knowledge in solving problems that are considered a priority from educational practice in order to improve said practice and at the same time enrich the theory with the new knowledge derived from that application.
