The main objective of the article presented is to identify the difficulties experienced by students of the National University of Panama in the virtual teaching-learning process. This study was conducted in the second semester of the 2021 academic year with a population sample of at least 3 students per faculty. In relation to the main topic, the study seeks to compile the most common difficulties that arise in the teaching-learning process, taking as main variables of influence the student's experience, the performance of the information facilitators (teachers), their perception regarding the knowledge acquired and the educational tools used; being able to observe that there is no uniform educational process causing all students to have a different experience and therefore, affecting the teaching-learning process of the university student population.
