The results of the planning and evaluation processes in the curricular design of the educational institutions will depend on the vision that the different levels have regarding their importance and significance in the development of competencies in the students that will be useful for the management of their life project, assuming that it is the responsibility of the schools and universities to guarantee the integral formation by means of active methodologies focused on the construction of a critical, reflective, environmental human being, with a sense of life and coherent with their own needs, the context and those that surround them.
