The objective of this essay is to state that, despite the socioeconomic situation that the country is going through, where unemployment increased, the basic basket, the transport ticket; companies and unions sat down to negotiate, where they applied their skills, communication, willingness to negotiate, and reach agreements in collective agreements, these are some qualities of human talent such as: intelligence, achieving goals, knowing how to negotiate,

In our descriptive analysis of the readings of the news in the newspapers of our country, about strike threats, some unions called for strikes, causing concern in the population with the closure of streets, stress in the workers, who did not want to lose their jobs.

The Results were optimal since several unions; SUNTRACS, the Panama Soccer Player Association, the Panama Canal Non-professional Workers Negotiating Unit Union, negotiated their collective agreements with CAPAC companies, the Panama Soccer League, the Panama Canal Authority, where they generated benefits for workers such as: salary increase, recognition to be legalized as workers, improvements in safety, occupational hygiene, collective life insurance, among others, thus allowing business-worker satisfaction where both won.

Concluding in this essay, we consider that continuous dialogue at the negotiating table, good labor relations, values, such as respect, goodwill, and other aspects are important in negotiations, which allowed obtaining the achievements in the collective agreements, where both parties won.
