Occupational health is a discipline that plays an essential role in the proper functioning of organizations, which is why it has been implemented in various educational, social, commercial, and health sectors, among others. The purpose of this research is to analyze the association between occupational health conditions and the productivity of healthcare personnel in three health centers of Coclé. The methodology used has an exploratory-descriptive, cross-sectional and non-experimental design, with a mixed approach, where the sample was made up of 65 people and is characterized by being completely random and non-probabilistic. Among the notable findings, it was obtained that occupational health influences the productivity of health personnel, variables such as; teamwork, the supply of resources, and work overload influenced the productivity of the staff, although the collaborators value the importance of occupational health, they express that training on this subject should be carried out, develop projects in the different institutions, among other actions. In summary, occupational health is a valued issue in hospital management, however, to achieve good management, some environmental factors that negatively affect its implementation must be changed, such as the lack of human resources in the hospital sector.
