This proposal develops a sustainable geotourism route in the southern part of Los Santos Province, Panama, using an applied and descriptive methodology with replicable phases. Geosites of geological, paleontological, scenic, and community interest were identified using GPS, GIS, and multi-criteria (scientific, educational, aesthetic, and accessibility). The results include rivers, waterfalls, hot springs, mountains, flora and fauna sites, archaeological heritage (caves, petroglyphs, and a quarry), as well as cultural and sporting events. The study concludes that integrating natural, geological, and cultural heritage fosters sustainable tourism, economic development, environmental education, and conservation, offering a replicable model for Panama and Central America.
