Among the results found in the different studies presented, it could be evidenced that such research supports techniques and tools based on a cognitive psychological treatment focused on the trauma experienced, in order to improve their emotional health and reintegration into an integral life. Concluding that, such instruments, the use and efficacy of psychotherapy, and its risk factors, have been of great effectiveness, since they have allowed the victims to move away from negative thoughts and mistaken beliefs, through a cognitive restructuring towards propitious ideas.
