The company TRANSCONTINENTAL PROCESSING CORP, a young company that has few personnel, not all of whom are trained in the use of the WEB XPRESSPAGO platform that is in use and the System Administrator is the only suitable platform which will be the support of different departments of the company. The company performs, provides and promotes services in banking processing solutions and electronic commerce transactions. The main objective of this project has been the development of a training procedure for the personnel in charge of the WEB XPRESSPAGO platform, so that all of them approve, know its use and carry out their work expeditiously. The main problem of the company and its collaborators was the ignorance of the use of the WEB platform, which entails delays in their daily functions due to lack of training. We propose training processes in the use of the platform where initially, the key users were trained (they are users in charge of training the rest of the users or knowledge multipliers) and then, training the end users (they are users who will be trained by key users chosen for their skills applying bechmarketing according to the training model for the area of ??operation proposed by the authors Margorie Jiménez and Jesús Marriaga in the Training Model for the Operation Area of ??a Company based on Benchmarketing. (Jiménez & Marriaga, 2017) The novelty of our proposal is to tailor it to the needs of the company.
