Abstract

The purpose of this work is to study the relationship between personal skills and the development of web pages with CASE tools in the MYPE sector of Metropolitan Lima. Having as object of study managers of MYPE, for it was realized a non- experimental, correlational, quantitative and empirical study on 50 managers in different dimensions (technical skills, cognitive skills, motivations and website development), the study was realized in the period of October - November 2019, using a survey based on a psychometric method (scale of Likert) for the collection of information, after that was analyzed with statistical techniques. The result shows a significant correlation of 0.643 between personal skills and the development of web pages with CASE tools in the MYPE sector of Metropolitan Lima.
